To whom it may concern,
Our firm has enjoyed an excellent working relationship with
Vilece Computer Systems since the opening of our office in Greenwich,
Connecticut in 1995. As the U.S. satellite of a UK-based company,
we have come to rely on Frank Vilece and his colleagues as our
own information technologies department. Over the years, we
have watched Frank's company grow and have admired him both
for his high business standards and for the caliber of colleagues
he has selected to join his company. The fact that those employees
have remained with his company in a high-tumover industry speaks
for itself. Without exception, they are knowledgeable, responsive,
courteous, efficient, trustworthy and tireless. Not only have
they taken on difficult set-up and installation projects in
this office, they also respond at a moment's notice in the event
of emergency. On many occasions, we have left Frank and/or his
employees alone in our office to continue their work until very
late hours. Frank and his colleagues make themselves available
at any hour and in any time zone, and have done so often with
our Edinburgh-based headquarters office.
Having observed Frank's way of conducting business for several
years, I opted to retain the services of Vilece Computer Systems
for the purchase and set-up of my own home office system. As
always, the person assigned to the task was professional, efficient,
and highly competent. The staff of Vilece Computer Systems is
to be commended for its exceptional ability to speak the language
of whomever they are working with at any given moment, whether
with IT professionals, equipment vendors, or office administrators.
Quite recently, I had occasion to page Vilece Computer Services
on a Saturday night over a holiday weekend. A careless maneuver
on my part nearly cost me nine hours of work completed under
a tight deadline. Without much hope, I attempted the page and
- of course - Frank answered instantly, from another state,
where he was vacationing with his family. Frank, as always,
responded calmly and kindly and saved the day. Based on six
years of experience with Vilece Computer Systems, I recommend
them highly and without reservation, and am happy to provide
a reference and answer questions for anyone considering retaining
their services.
